We completed a new home in Tahoe Park in 2010. Greg was our contractor. We chose him to undertake the project after we had observed his work quality and received positive recommendations regardlng him. We were not disappointed. He is a fair and honest person and has the respect of the subcontractors in the area, When problems arose in the course of construction, they were resolved promptly and without long term adverse consequences.

Our project took about twenty months to complete. We were very pleased with the quality of the project and found Greg very resourceful and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him highly and without reservation.

Greg Hines was our choice for a contractor on our downstairs remodel in the summer of 2010.

My husband and I chose Greg for several reasons. Upon our first consultation, we were impressed with Greg's communication skills. He was able to interpret our desires for design into a workable, cost-effective plan. Greg is a great listener who is willing to talk through ideas. I was always impressed that when we called Greg, he was either available to talk or would call us back in a timely manner. I would say communication is one of Greg's greatest assets.

Another asset of Greg's is his conscientious toward a budget. We would tell him what we wanted and he either directed us where to go to find what we were looking for or he would email us options to choose from. Greg's proposed contract had a break down of work to be done, time it would take, and the approximate cost of materials needed. He stayed within the time frame and the budget. We were extremely impressed and appreciative.

Greg and his sub contractors worked very hard. He chose professional people to do the job. Greg has an eye for detail and craftsmanship. He would add a personal touch or see things that would enhance our home; things that we would never even have thought of or seen ourselves. If he saw a problem he took care of it with the people he had hired.

I would highly recommend Greg Hines as a professional, conscientious contractor who has incredible communication skills and high standards for his work and reputation.
